For the past couple of months the amazing Chef Stefan Gusztak and our team have been planning and tasting new menu features which encompass everything we love: local, flavourful and unique.

We dry age lamb in a beeswax for a minimum 21 days, during which the meat is infused with honeyed, floral aromas and savoury umami. Grilled on the charcoal BBQ, it’s juicy, decadent and #$@!ing delicious!!!

We use the best and freshest lamb (it had a great, joyous life until about two days before it arrived in our kitchen) from our friends in Vulcan at Lambtastic Farms and cocoon it in melted beeswax from Calgary’s own The Beehive.  For those of you who don’t like lamb, you were right until now…

Here is the skinny:

Join us for dinner at Park by Sidewalk Citizen anytime between  October 9 – November 20. Fill out a short ballot and you’re in. Really, that’s it!

Each visit counts as a new entry, so the more you dine, the better your chances- you don’t even have to order lamb to enter! One ballot per guest per visit.

Rules and Eligibility:

  1. The draw will take place on Wednesday Nov 23, 2024

  2. Each purchase after 5pm is eligible for a ballot entry (1 per guest per day)

  3. You must be 18 years or older

  4. Answer a skill testing question.

  5. Be able to pick up your prize from 340 13th Ave SW.

  6. Ideally- though not a deal breaker, you have a freezer to put your half a lamb in. 

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

We are open from Wednesday to Sunday.
